Indian boxer Vijender Singh jumped into the ring involving Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut and singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh. The duo indulged in an ugly verbal spat over the ongoing farmers’ protest in the national capital.

Vijender Singh commented on a tweet by Kangana, saying she’s messed up with a wrong person. The Olympic medalist wrote: “Galat panga le liya bhen.” Earlier, Kangana had called Diljit a ‘pet’ of ace filmmaker Karan Johar in one of her posts on the micro-blogging site.

“Ooo Karan johar ke paltu, jo dadi Saheen Baag mein apni citizenship keliye protest kar rahi thi wohi Bilkis Bano dadi ji Farmers ke MSP ke liye bhi protest karti hue dikhi. Mahinder Kaur ji ko toh main janti bhi nahin. Kya drama chalaya hai tum logon ne? (Karan Johar’s pet, the grandma who was protesting in Shaheen Bagh for her citizenship, the same grandma was seen protesting with the farmers. I don’t even know who Mahinder Kaur is. What is this new drama?) Stop this right now,” Kangana had earlier written.

Responding to Vijender’s comment, Kangana Ranaut tweeted, “Kyun tu bhi Shiv Sena banayega ….. bhai (Why, do you also want to make your Shiv Sena)?”

To this, Vijender replied, “Wo to ban rakhi hai or kaam bhi acha hi ker rahi hai (The Shiv Sena already exists, and is doing a good job).

After Kangana Ranaut, the Indian pugilist hit hard at Indian cinema’s megastars, Amitabh Bacchan and Akshay Kumar. Singh reckoned that these actors are no more critical of the ruling government like they were back in 2014.

“When the oil prices were hitting the roof back in 2014, Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan & Akshay Kumar, were extremely critical of the then government in the Centre and now when the farmers of the country are protesting, they are nowhere to be found,” said Vijender Singh as quoted by India Times.
