Logan Paul
Sibling rivalry is so mundane unless it is between two famous Internet sensations. American YouTuber, Logan Paul in an interview has confirmed that his 2022 goal is to eclipse his brother, Jake Paul.
In a highly anticipated rematch that took place on the 18th December 2021, Jake Paul’s extremely brutal knockout of Tyron Woodley, ex UFC champion, was worth the hype. An already confident Jake Paul, in the sixth round, landed a near-perfect right hook that set off a wild celebration in the stadium while Woodley who was out cold landed face first. With almost the whole world watching his brother’s fight it is safe to say Logan Paul was enticed by the green monster.
This was reflected in Logan’s interview when he stated that he started training and showed a lot of promise that we could expect him in another bout this year. “I just started training again, bro. I’m a little sweaty. I’ve been training the last four days. Hopefully, I have a fight by the end of the year. I gotta one-up my brother, he did a bad thing to Tyron Woodley,” said Logan.

“We brought it to the States”- Logan Paul excited about bringing Russian slap fights home
Logan Paul is nothing if not entertaining and he continues to trailblaze in yet another first. After realizing that slap fights were a global viral sensation he posted videos on his YouTube channel about the trend. Now he is bringing the global sport of Russian slap fights to the U.S.A.
Logan has previously shown interest in participating in one of these events in Russia but ultimately decided against it as he thought that it would not be safe going against the top professionals. So he’s done the next best thing and he is hosting a slap fight with Russian athletes on American soil. The video is to be released on his YouTube channel where everyone can watch the event for free.
When asked about the future of the sport Logan says that he believes slap fighting to be a legit sport like MMA, and like MMA it will receive it attention it deserves in due time. He is, however concerned about the longevity of an athlete in the sport as athletes have to receive slaps without defending in any way which could mean a very short career for its athletes. When asked if he was competing, Logan replied “Listen, man, I’m never competing in this sport,” clearly he now thinks the sport isn’t for him after showing interest in competing.
