After co-promoting the historic Amanda Serrano vs Katie Taylor fight, things have heated up between Jake Paul and Eddie Hearn. Hearn was recently interviewed by Ariel Helwani on the YouTube show ‘ The MMA Hour’.

In the interview, Hearn went off at Paul by calling him an average fighter as well as delusional. “So I’m saying that you’re an average professional fighter, that’s a massive compliment…This is a guy who, he would say to me off camera, ‘In two years I’ll beat Canelo…Yeah, I think he’s so deluded, so deluded. But that delusion and that confidence will actually help him in the ring,” said Hearn.

Also recently, Alvarez was asked about will he would ever consider fighting Paul and his opinions if he thinks Paul is crazy. He said

“No, he’s not crazy. He’s fine, dreaming of something. You need to put goals in mind and dream. It’s ok.”

After all that happened, Paul took to Twitter to share the clip of Alvarez and wrote his opinions in the captions.

In the tweet, Paul showed respect towards Alvarez for his positive remarks. Paul credited the Mexican for achieving the impossible and making a remarkable legacy for himself. Paul explained that only a champion like Canelo can understand the mindset behind believing in own capabilities. The fighter also blamed the interviewer and Hearn for being naive and calling Paul a deluded individual.

In the second tweet, Paul absolutely thrashed Hearn as he claimed that unlike the Brit not everyone got silver-spooned by their parents. The 26-year-old explained that there are many people like him who work hard and achieve success by tackling many problems.
