Mike Tyson has a massive net worth. Money is not an issue for the former heavyweight champion. The New York Times reported that Mike Tyson’s net worth was about $400 million before filing for bankruptcy. He lived a life when he had money and lived when he didn’t. Mike Tyson has a deep philosophical view when it comes to money.
In an interview with Change the Game Tv, Tyson shared his thoughts on money. He shockingly said, “It’s a false sense of security which makes people think they are invincible. But all it takes is one mosquito bite or a bullet from a gun for someone’s life to end in a flash.” Tyson further stated that if someone thinks a lot of money will make them happy, then it means that they have never had a lot of money.
Tyson believed that the purpose of money is to enjoy it with others, and nobody will remain happy spending it on themselves. Tyson was born in New York City and made his professional debut in the middle of the 1980s. At one point in his career, he had an undefeated record and was the world’s heavyweight champion. According to ESPN, Tyson won 50 out of his 58 bouts, 44 came by knockout.
In 2011, Tyson was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame. While his boxing accomplishments were impressive, his off-field antics began to take precedence over his athletic achievements. However, over the past ten years, Tyson has turned his life around and continues to serve as a role model for others.
Mike Tyson’s fighting style

Mike Tyson was one of the most feared heavyweight boxers of all time. “Iron” put on dominating performances as the world’s undisputed heavyweight champion. He was known as the “Baddest man on the planet” because of his devastating knockout power inside the ring.
Mike Tyson is remembered for his flashy offense. However, people disregard his defense, especially his head movement. Head movement is one of the most critical aspects of Tyson’s game. He fought low, shifting his head from side to side as he effectively slipped his opponent’s blows.
The bobbing and weaving motion was a big part of Tyson’s training. He would use this movement in defensive sets and his offense as he came off the bench with combinations. There will never ever be anyone quite like Tyson in the heavyweight division.
