Floyd Mayweather‘s success in the boxing ring has provided him with the financial means to make substantial real estate investments. Through these investments, Mayweather was able to diversify his portfolio and build additional sources of income.

Although he does not personally own nine of them, he holds an ownership stake in them through his smart investments. ‘One Vanderbilt’ is the most significant skyscraper in which Mayweather has been involved. This 93-story structure is the fourth tallest building in the New York metropolitan area, after the World Trade Center and Central Park Tower.

Floyd Mayweather’s next return to the ring

The professional boxing career of Floyd Mayweather Jr. came to an end in 2017. In his last fight, he secured a victory over the former UFC champion, Conor McGregor, in one of the sport’s most lucrative boxing events. Although he no longer competes as a professional boxer, ‘Money’ remains a prominent figure in the sport as a promoter and even a competitor in exhibition bouts.

Hence, Mayweather is not showing any signs of missing out on some of the more lucrative paydays that come with facing a non-boxer in an exhibition fight. Since he retired, Floyd Jr. has participated in seven different exhibition boxing events.

Rumors are going around that he might be ready to go back into the squared circle again this December. In addition, it is expected to be a part of a new series on Showtime and will feature the likes of Danny Garcia, Keith Thurman, and others.
