The 10-round heavyweight clash PPV event on DAZN is part of General Entertainment Authority (GEA) chairman Turki Alalshikh‘s efforts. Heavyweight Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou headline the card.

For the Nth number of times, the Turki Al-Sheikh wowed fight fans with a splendid theatrical promo for the heavyweight clash. He also anointed Al-Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo as promotional ambassador for the season. Ronaldo and Ngannou share a long acquaintance. Now he, the Turki Alalshikh, 34-0-1 lineal heavyweight Tyson Fury, and the two boxers have gone viral in a new snapshot together.

A prime reaction quipped – “The one country where everyone behaves…Based Saudi.” And they aren’t wrong; Fury, Ngannou, and Joshua all have history. Ngannou faced Fury in the opening ceremony of Riyadh Boxing Season in 2023, whom he was inch-close to knocking out. Fury and Joshua have squabbled as well.

Fury must get past WBA, IBF, and WBO world champion, Oleksandr Usyk in May for such a hash-off. His Excellency, Turki Alalshikh announced the future matchup between the winners recently. Joshua recently participated in the ‘Day of Reckoning‘ PPV clash at Riyadh. Now he aims to dominantly end off on a 4-win streak. As such, the star-studded imagery has garnered many responses.

Formerly a champion, AJ will take on the former UFC heavyweight in the ‘Knockout Chaos’ headliner in Riyadh. It takes place at Kingdom Arena – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during the span of 11 a.m. ET. This happens to be Francis Ngannou’s second pro-boxing outing. His last opponent, Tyson Fury, along with Cristiano Ronaldo will be in attendance ringside.
