David Feldman of the BKFC has now come up with another crazy fight card, this time featuring former UFC Champion Luke Rockhold. Luke Rockhold will headline the event against Mike Perry at BKFC 41 on April 29. Luke Rockhold last fought in the UFC against Paulo Costa in a losing effort.
His opponent, Mike Perry, is undefeated at BKFC after winning back-to-back decisions against Julian Lane and Michael Page. Luke Rockhold will be making his debut in Bare-Knuckle Fighting. It remains to be seen if Rockhold can transition smoothly from MMA.
Another former UFC Champion is also making his BKFC debut. He is none other than Eddie Alvarez. Alvarez had a stint with ONE FC, tested himself in the free agent market, and signed with BKFC. He will face Chad Mendes, the former UFC Featherweight title challenger, in his debut. Mendes is also undefeated in the BKFC.

Both Rockhold and Alvarez are hot commodities for the BKFC. They will undoubtedly bring in a lot of fan attention for the event. David Feldman acquiring UFC veterans is putting BKFC on top-tier combat sports’ radar. Mike Perry is a fan-favourite fighter, always putting on brutal wars and Chad Mendes is known for his Knockout power. All the variables involved look to incite a magnificent event for the fans.
