Claressa Shields and Jake Paul
Jake Paul has earned the title of a professional boxer. He’s undefeated and has knocked out some tough opponents. Despite the fact that he has battled past MMA fighters and boxing champions in the ring, Jake turned pro in 2020 and has shown tremendous development and potential since then. However, there are also limitations to how much Jake Paul and his recent glory can be credited. He’s been criticizing Conor Mcgregor, Mike Tyson, and Canelo Alvarez, among others. Canelo and Mcgregor, on the other hand, have shown little interest in fighting in that match-up thus far.
Jake came from the realm of celebrity boxing, but at this point in his career, he has established himself in the sport of boxing well enough to be labeled a professional boxer. In the boxing scene, his victories over former MMA legends like Ben Askren and Tryon Woodly have earned him a lot of respect. Given the length of time, it takes to perfect the beautiful science of boxing and the fact that Paul has only been professional for two and a half years, becoming a world champion is quite unlikely.

Claressa Shields wants Anderson Silva to knock out Jake Paul because she just doesn’t like Jake
People don’t like Jake hence they want him to lose, including the renowned boxer, Claressa. Paul has previously fought a great fighter in former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, according to Shields. The WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO, on the other hand, indicated that Anderson Silva, an MMA fighter who has successfully switched to boxing, is in talks to face Jake. Shields recently told The Schmo that he hopes Silva wins by knockout:
“I want Anderson Silva to knock out Jake Paul. That’s what I want. And I believe that he’s the guy to do it. I think that Paul has fought against Tyron Woodley, who’s a great guy, a great MMA fighter but Silva is showing that he’s a really really good boxer even though he has an MMA background. So I would love to see Silva fight Paul. I think both guys are really enhancing their skills. I just don’t really like Jake Paul like that.”
Shields made her professional MMA debut at PFL in June 2021, defeating Britney Elkin in the third round by TKO. Later that year, she was defeated in a split decision by Abigail Montes in her sophomore bout. She returned to pugilism in February, defeating Ema Kozin by decision at the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, Wales.
