Anthony Joshua might be fighting Oleksandr Uysk to retain all his titles this year but Eddie is very certain that a fight against Fury needs to happen. The promoter suggested in an interview that AJ vs Fury fight will surely happen one day. “That fight, I promise you will happen, whether that’s late this year or early next year. Fury vs AJ is a dead certain to happen because it’s too big a fight not to,” said Hearn talking to DAZN Boxing show.

However, last weekend, Fury took on Dillian Whyte to defend his WBC belt and successfully did so. The Gypsy King knocked out Whyte in the sixth round and announced that he will not fight again inside the boxing ring. Tyson says he has achieved everything he needs to in his career and he has no more need to step inside of the ring.
