WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury over the past few weeks has been teasing news of his upcoming fight. While Fury was finding a venue and an opponent for his next fight, fans were still excited to witness his return. However, the Gypsy king is yet to finalize a fight and continues to promise fans a show-stopping fight. Boxing fans have had enough of Gypsy King’s excuses as they ask to strip him of his title.

After defending his belt for the second time against Derek Chisora in December, Tyson Fury has been in search of his next fight. Ever since then, Fury teased a title unification bout with champion Oleksandr Usyk in October in Abu Dhabi. The undercard of the bout was supposed to be Deontay Wilder vs Anthony Joshua making it one of the biggest cards this year. However, due to failed negotiations, the fight between Fury and Usyk failed to materialize and the whole card was called off.

The Gypsy King then flew to Australia to support one of his teammates and look for a venue for his ‘show-stopping bout’. He called out Jai Opetaia and Demsey McKean and was also beefing with Jon Jones. However, Fury also sent a rough draft of a fight contract to Anthony Joshua during the same time. Joshua laughed at Tyson Fury and seemingly rejected the contract leaving The Gypsy King without an opponent yet again.

None of his callouts or fight deals have materialized and there is no news of his next fight. Regardless, Tyson Fury keeps promising fans of a show-stopping return. Fans are bored of The Gypsy King’s fake promises and accuse him of ducking fights.
