Floyd Mayweather recently spoke about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs‘ sexual assault allegations during his Pivot Podcast interview. The allegations are about him raping a 17-year-old girl in a recording studio in 2003 with two other individuals. The notable co-defendant in this case is Harve Pierre, the president of Diddy’s label, Bad Boy Records. According to the lawsuit, Pierre allegedly forced the woman to have oral sex.

Subsequently, Pierre and Combs drugged and intoxicated her to the point that she was unable to consent. Furthermore, she claims that when Combs arrived at the New York recording studio, he raped her in the bathroom, and then a third man joined in. As such, the case has gained a lot of attention, which is why, during his interview, Floyd Mayweather was asked if he believed Diddy was guilty of assault. Mayweather responded by stating:

I’m not going to speak badly about P. Diddy. He’s still a black man; mistakes happen, and I can’t say if it is or if it’s not a mistake, but things happen in life.

Hence, Mayweather responded by stating that he wasn’t going to talk badly about a Diddy because he was a black man. Furthermore, Mayweather stated that Diddy’s business is not his concern, and he is not going to kick a person when they are down.

In addition, Mayweather stated that he doesn’t think it is right and is not going to condone Diddy for these allegations. Mayweather also controversially stated that even if his daughter were involved in this, he would have the same perspective.

Diddy’s sexual allegation lawsuit has been going viral on the internet and has received a lot of attention. While Diddy has denied the allegation and has filed for his defense, the details of the allegations have made people view him negatively.

However, Mayweather did denounce Diddy. Hence, when Floyd Mayweather refused to speak ill of Diddy, seemingly because he’s a black man, social media users went berserk. Furthermore, fans reacted, stating, “Spoken like a n*gga who truly doesn’t know how to read.”

Fans fired back at Mayweather for justifying speaking about an abuser because of his skin color. Furthermore, fans trolled Mayweather for not being aware of the case because he cannot read.
