It’s no secret that legendary boxer Floyd Mayweather loves money because of flaunting it all the time. Mayweather is one of the richest and most business-minded boxers. On an episode of the infamous Jimmy Kimmel show, Mayweather revealed how he spends his money. Kimmel showed a painting outside the gym of UFC star Conor McGregor, where he beats Mayweather.

This was before the famous boxing bout between McGregor and Mayweather. Kimmel then asked the undefeated boxer how much he would make off the fight. Mayweather replied with a figure of $350 million which shocked the crowd as well as the famous talk show host. Kimmel continued to ask Mayweather how he gets so much cash, to which the boxer replied that a brink truck delivers to his house. He also added further to it by saying, “I had a brinks truck for myself, but sold it.” Kimmel wanted to know the new owner of the truck. Mayweather said, “Another guy who also loves money.“

The Mayweather vs. McGregor fight, also known as “The Money Fight,” was the biggest event in 2017. It generated tremendous revenue, with $600 million reportedly raised through pay-per-view buys and gate receipts. Mayweather received a $100 million guaranteed paycheck from the fight but allegedly earned more than $280 million in total.

Floyd Mayweather, nicknamed “Money,” holds the record for the two highest-grossing pay-per-view events in combat sports history. He is active in real estate, fashion, and adult clubs. He claims to own at least nine skyscrapers in the United States and has amassed a net worth of $450 million through his business ventures.

Floyd Mayweather is proud of Gervonta Davis

Floyd Mayweather and Gervonta Davis had a complex relationship. Davis, a young boxer, was once promoted by Mayweather, but they had a falling out. Davis accused Mayweather of not allowing him to use his gym for training, leading to public disputes.

Mayweather also talked about how he knows that Davis is young and immature. He said, “I’m proud of him. When he says stuff on social media, for me he’s still a kid, and when I was his age a did the same thing. I didn’t have a Floyd Mayweather to support me or tell me what’s right or wrong.

Davis recently returned to Mayweather’s gym to train for his fight against Ryan Garcia. Davis won the fight with “Money” in his corner. After the fight, Davis thanked Mayweather for his support. Gervonta has an undefeated record similar to that of Floyd. We could possibly see Davis coming close to the 50-0 record of Mayweather.
