“Do you accept?”- Jake Paul issues a call out to KSI after Alex Wassabi pulls out

Jake Paul is ready to substitute for Alex Wassabi after the youtuber turned boxer fails to make it to the fight against KSI. The much anticipated youtuber’s professional boxing bout between KSI and Wassabi was scheduled to take place on August 27 inside the O2 Arena in London.
However, it seems like the fight is not going to take place as Wassabi has suffered a concussion during his training. This has forced the 32 year old to pull out his name from the fight.
Popular combat sports reporter, Ariel Helwani recently made a regarding the news in which he also revealed that Jake Paul wants to step in.
“The @KSI x @AlexWassabi fight that was scheduled for 8/27 is off. Wassabi has a concussion and isn’t cleared to fight.
@jakepaul, I’m told, has offered to fight his long-time rival KSI at 180 pounds on the same date/same venue. Developing. (Would be gigantic scenes.).”
“I would come to London” – Jake Paul offers to fight KSI on his home turf
After hearing the news about Wassabi not being able to make it to the fight, Jake Paul took his chance to announced to fill in the spot.
Paul posted a short clip of him feeling disappointed about Wassabi and challenging KSI to take the fight. Paul revealed this puts KSI in a tough situation in which if he doesn’t agree to fight Paul that means he’s afraid to fight the American. The 26 year old explained that he is ready to come to London and make the weight before the fight. Paul said :
“I heard the news. It sucks for Alex obviously, he has a concussion he can’t fight but now this puts KSI into a corner. If he doesn’t accepts the fight with me, we all know he’s scared. KSI I would come to London, I will weigh 180 pounds for the fight. You could be the ‘A’ side. What’s your excuse, do you accept? .”
This whole saga of Jake Paul and KSI has had several twists that have kept the fans on their toes. With all the twists it is just getting more and more interesting. Paul vs KSI is something many fans are ready to watch given the history between the pair. It will be interesting to see how things are going to pan out in the upcoming days.
