Recently, ‘The Problem Child’ shocked the boxing world by knocking out professional boxer Andre August in the first round of their scheduled bout. It was one of Paul’s biggest victories, especially after he last lost against professional boxer Tommy Fury. However, in a shocking development, Paul’s last boxing event has been the subject of scrutiny.
Allegations that Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions may have been involved in a fight-fixing scheme have risen. The fight under investigation is the undercard bout between Yoenis Tellez and Livan Navarro. Hence, it has been reported that U.S. intelligence is investigating the fight that happened at Paul’s event in Orlando, Florida.

Similarly, it has been reported that the allegations are related to accused match-fixing and suspicious activity. Furthermore, in the fight, Tellez landed a straight right on Navarro in the third round, which dropped him to the canvas. However, Navarro manages to get back on his feet, and the fight continues. Subsequently, during the tenth round, Tellez managed to land a left hook, which effectively knocked out Navarro.
This was the longest bout of Tellez’s career, and it coincided with a huge spike in the number of six-figure wagers on the fight going more than five and a half rounds. As a result, there are a lot of talks and an investigation into possible match-fixing.
