Joe Rogan was amazed by Mike Tyson‘s spine-chilling speech for Francis Ngannou. In an episode of the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ podcast, Rogan was joined by Bryan Callen and both discussed the viral video of Mike Tyson talking to Ngannou in his podcast.
In the original podcast, Tyson told Ngannou, “All your knockouts is spectacular. You know what that means, that you’re favoured by god. when you’re favoured by god you’re also flavoured by the devil. He’s coming for you too. So you just gotta be strong and stay on the right side. You stay with, who bought you here.”
What Tyson meant was that when someone is at the top, there are more chances to slip and fall and in that moment, everyone should be more careful while choosing their future path.
Callen explained the whole thing to Rogan and the UFC color commentator was just awestruck. Joe Rogan has always been a huge fan of Tyson and mentioned that the retired heavyweight champion can help Ngannou win against Tyson Fury in their upcoming boxing bout.
Francis Ngannou continues to impress Mike Tyson as the pair train together ahead of the Tyson Fury fight
The progress in Mike Tyson’s coaching of Francis Ngannou appears promising. Tyson has been chosen to train Ngannou for his upcoming boxing debut this autumn. In October, Ngannou will travel to Saudi Arabia to square off against the WBC heavyweight champion.
Ahead of the fight, Tyson has taken the job of training Ngannou very seriously. In a Twitter post, he wrote, “I am not easily impressed, but @Francis_Ngannou knows how to box. THIS is what dedication looks like. #FuryNgannou”
In the video, Tyson can be seen covered in sweat and giving Ngannou tips about how to be more effective with his punches. Given the limited time, it would be interesting to see how the fighter will incorporate everything that Tyson will be teaching him before the fight.
