Popular YouTuber KSI recently received a controversial no-contest ruling in the exhibition bout against Joe Fournier. “The Nightmare” now looks to fight another, Tommy Fury, the younger brother of boxing legend Tyson Fury.
KSI rose to A-level celebrity status in recent times. The British youtube branched out quite successfully in the boxing scene and the music industry. He is undefeated in the ring and now looks to fight Tommy Fury. Fury is also undefeated in the ring but competed against professional boxers. This narrative began after Tommy Fury beat Jake Paul in a boxing match earlier this year. Everybody is aware of the intense rivalry between KSI and Jake Paul. KSI would want nothing more than to beat the boxer Jake Paul couldn’t.
A recent video of KSI receiving an elbow massage at his place became viral on social media. In the video, the YouTuber discussed his potential matchup against Tommy with his masseur. He believes knocking out Tommy will be a highlight-ree moment in the fighter’s career. He said, “And watch, when I do it, I will need my praises.” The fans found it ironic that the fighter received a massage for his elbow while discussing a boxing match. This is because the controversy in his previous fight involved him being accused of using his elbow intentionally in the match.
Thousands of fans worldwide are keen to watch the fight between the two young boxers. We have the Fury legacy on the line, and so is a Youtuber’s first opportunity to prove that he can beat a professional fighter. Both camps realize that there’s a lot at stake in this matchup.

In a recent interview with John Fury, the father of Tyson and Tommy Fury spoke about his thoughts on Tommy Fury’s upcoming fights. This clip began with the interviewer asking if Jon thought Tommy would fight KSI anytime soon. John replies, “It’s nearly announced, but nothing is sure until it’s signed off.” It’s safe for the fans to assume that the matchup between KSI and Tommy Fury will happen sooner rather than later.
John is also confident while stating that Tommy Fury will look to take on Logan Paul after the young boxer defeats KSI. John Fury believes these fights are just “good business,” and that’s it. Considering Logan Paul faired well against Floyd Mayweather, he could potentially do better against Tommy. That particular matchup also seems pretty appealing.
It is quite brilliant how the Fury family has decided to mint some cash by going after these influencer boxers. They have understood that these YouTubers have a chip on their shoulder against boxing purists and are looking to take advantage of it. But for all we know, someone like KSI might upset the Fury legacy.
