Logan Paul talks about Tommy Fury pulling out of Jake Paul’s fight. Recently, Tyson Fury’s brother and reality star Tommy Fury decided to pull out of his most anticipated fight against Youtuber turned boxer Jake Paul.
According to Tommy, he was ready to fly to the US to fight against Jake at the scheduled date. However, he was not allowed to get into the US. Consequently, he received a lot of criticism from boxing fans across the world. His opponent Jake Paul didn’t believe the reason the younger Fury gave for pulling out of the fight. Rather he said that Tommy ducked him because as Tommy’s father said he wasn’t training or working for it.
However, Tommy denied the allegations and said:
“I just wanna get one thing straight, the reason this fight is not happening is because I couldn’t get into the country…I was ready and raring to go, I was at the airport, Monday morning with my whole team” claimed Fury assuring that he was ready to fly out to NY until he wasn’t allowed to anymore. Dismissing the rumors of him not training for the bout, Tommy would reiterate, “If it’s not coming from me, it’s not true.”
Logan Paul Comments on Tommy Fury after his fight against Jake Paul got cancelled
Recently, Jake Paul’s older brother and Logan Paul also shared his opinion on the matter. He appeared in an interview with The Schmo. Paul backed Fury for his decision of pulling out but that wasn’t it all. He trolled Tommy by saying:
“I think he made the right decision although everyone for the rest of his life would be like you are a pus**. Your older brother is a man and you are not and you are a disgrace to your family. I think that’s not as bad as getting knocked out by Jake… He is a reality star, Great looking kid. But, he is not just his(Tyson Fury) brother.”
Tommy Fury is Tyson Fury’s half brother. But, Paul doesn’t even believe in that because of recent events. The fight against Paul was cancelled for the second time. Even John Fury commented that Tommy wasn’t training properly. So, being angry at Tommy makes sense for Paul. However, if Tommy Fury’s claims are true then it’s unfortunate on his side for the type of backlash he is facing from fight fans.
