John Fury has a notorious reputation for being a menace on stage during his sons’ fights. He always claims to never back down from a fight. However, now he is being allowed to back up his claims and put his money where his mouth is. Joe Egan has called out Big Fury for a boxing match in Saudi.

Joe Egan has been bestowed the title of Toughest White Man on the Planet by the legend himself who was once called the Baddest Man on the Planet: Iron Mike Tyson. Egan was a former sparring partner to Tyson and is also a self-proclaimed 7-time Irish boxing champion. Mike Tyson’s sparring and friend, Egan, went on to give multiple interviews and in one given to The Sun he says:

If you are going to get battered you might as well get battered by the best. I got battered by Mike Tyson and I got battered by Lennox Lewis when I fought him in 1985. It was a privilege to share the ring with both of them and it is an honour to say Mike Tyson has been my close friend for 40 years now.

John Fury himself is no stranger to professional bouts. He too holds a record of 8-4-1. Hence, the match-up would not only be entertaining but also redeeming for the victor.
