Former World Heavyweight champion Mike Tyson took the cannabis industry by storm after his recent deal with Intercure. The company will have exclusive cultivation and distribution rights for Mike Tyson’s edibles through its deal with Tyson 2.0. During his interview with Intercure’s chairman and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, Tyson sympathized with the traumas faced by Israel.
Mike Tyson launched his Company Tyson 2.0 in October 2021, to capture the cannabis industry in America. His company strives to produce high-quality cannabis and provide customers with a wide range of choices. Intercure, on the other hand, is one of the fastest-growing cannabis companies outside of North America. Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak is one of the board members and Chairman of Intercure. The company is listed on NASDAQ and has a market cap of nearly $120 million.
Through their deal with Tyson 2.0, Intercure will exclusively cultivate, manufacture and distribute Tyson’s range of edibles. Tyson and Intercure’s chairman discussed of their partnership during an interview on Fox Business. Along with that, Tyson also shared his sympathies for the trauma faced by the nation of Israel.
“We’re in the cannabis business, but it’s also the healing business, the trauma business. We should all know that Israel had a lot of trauma in the past and very little presently,” said Iron Mike. Tyson also added that their deal with Intercure will make people feel differently about being tyrannical.
Through Intercure’s deal with Tyson 2.0, they will distribute Tyson’s range of products for medicinal purposes. The products will be made available in Germany, Australia, the UK, Europe, and more.
Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield joined hands to sell ear-shaped edibles
The boxing match between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield is very infamous among boxing fans for its gruesome nature. Mike Tyson bit a chunk of Holyfield’s ear during the championship bout in 1997. While the two champions had great animosity between them, it’s all in the past. Mike Tyson joined hands with his former opponent and brought a new product to the cannabis market.
Mike Tyson’s cannabis company, Tyson 2.0, released their ear-shaped marijuana candy Mike Bites in collaboration with Evander Holyfield. They also released a funny commercial for Mike Bites, where the two boxing legends can be seen exchanging gifts for Christmas. The Mike Bites has been launched under the Holy Ears line of edibles range, where the ear-shaped candy is partly bitten.
Apart from the Holy Ears range, Tyson and Holyfield have done many interviews and a few ads to bank on their history. Tyson 2.0 has scaled his cannabis business even further and is looking forward to distributing its edibles outside the U.S.A. through its deal with Intercure.
