Mike Tyson believes that top NFL athletes can easily transition to boxing as they have a similar build to what a boxer requires. Mike Tyson made a noteworthy appearance at the Las Vegas Riders’ home opener game held at the spectacular Allegiant Stadium. During an exclusive interview with host Sibley Scoles, Tyson discussed the crossover potential of NFL athletes in the world of boxing. When asked whether he believed that athletes from the NFL had what it takes to excel in the demanding sport of boxing, Tyson responded with total conviction.
He said, “All of them can, you know. It’s all the same thing, basically; we use the same muscles and everything.”
Tyson explained that there are a lot of similarities between boxing and football and those athletes use the same muscles as boxers. Tyson is deeply involved in the merging of the sports worlds. He is currently training former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou for a monumental bout against boxing heavyweight Tyson Fury.
