One of the biggest boxing bouts of this took place today when Stephen Fulton and Naoya Inoue fought for the unified super-bantamweight champion title. The fight took place inside the Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan. Going into the fight both fighters were undefeated and it was expected to be a tight clash. However, the Japanese had something else in mind and turned it into a one-sided fight and ultimately won via KO.

In the earlier rounds, both fighters were checking each other from a distance and were engaging in jabs frequently. However, then Inoue took charge and landed some clear blows. The American was trying his best to use his reach advantage to connect shots but Inoue in the middle of the ring didn’t give him any chance.

Inoue did a great job with the combinations which rocked Fulton multiple times and stopped him from coming ahead. In the eighth round, it was all over when Inoue dropped Fulton on the mat which followed up with a barrage of blows that forced Fulton toward the corner and the referee had to stop the fight. The crowd went wild as they saw the homegrown hero become the winner and beat Fulton in such a spectacular manner.
