Logan Paul’s fiancé, Nina Agdal, has supposedly initiated a legal process against Dillon Danis. She aims to secure a restraining order. This action follows a period of alleged online trolling and harassment on social media platforms for several weeks.
Danis is expected to fight Paul in the Misfits Boxing pay-per-view on October 14. Both fighters had various verbal altercations, and Danis used Nina Agdal‘s past as a way to troll Paul. The continuous barrage of tweets seems to have prompted Agdal to file a lawsuit against Danis. She also wanted compensation as a consequence of the trolling. Danis revealed the details of the lawsuit in a tweet. He also mentioned that he might not be able to be a part of the fight due to this.
Agdal sent the details about the incident to TMZ Sports. She explained the ’emotional distress’ she experienced since the fight was confirmed as the reason. In the report, Agdal expressed that Danis shared an intimate image of herself. The intimate image was captured during a romantic encounter with someone over a decade ago without any censorship.
Agdal had a problem with the video of “her desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy.” This was sourced from her private Snapchat archive. Agdal raised concerns that Danis either hacked her personal Snapchat account or acquired the private video. She claimed to have never shared it with anyone. In her lawsuit, Nina is seeking unspecified damages, but she is requesting a minimum of $150,000 for each instance of violating federal law, which prohibits sharing intimate images.
Dillon Danis is ready to settle the lawsuit filed by Nina Agdal under one condition
After Nina Agdal filed the lawsuit, Dillon Danis has frequently mocked her online about the current situation. Danis even called Agdal a clout-wh***’ and a ‘Karen’ for filing the case.
If Danis doesn’t do anything about the situation, there is a possibility that the fight might not take place. DUE TO ALL THE COMPLICATIONS, the BJJ expert might get replaced at the last minute. However, Dillon Danis has indicated his willingness to settle his legal dispute with Nina Agdal, but he has set a condition for it.
In a tweet, Danis stated that he’d be open to settling with Nina Agdal under the condition that all the money she receives from suing him is directed toward the purported victims of the CryptoZoo project. He wrote, “The only way I would settle with Nina Agdal is if every dollar she receives from me goes to the victims of Cryptozoo.”
Danis already has a reputation for pulling out of fights at the last moment, and under these circumstances, it might be something that fight fans are expecting. BKFC fighter Mike Perry is the official replacement for the fight and if Danis opts out of the Paul fight due to his ongoing legal dispute with Nina Agdal, it’s widely thought that Mike Perry would probably step in to face Paul on October 14.
