Mike Tyson has enjoyed a variety of celebrity encounters throughout his storied career. Once, Tyson reflected on his recount with Frank Sinatra in an episode of his podcast Hotboxin with Mike Tyson.

On the podcast, Mike Tyson mentioned how he met Sinatra in the 1990s when he was at the peak of his career. Subsequently, Sinatra once told Tyson:

Tyson reflected on how deep Sinatra’s advice was and mentioned how he used to be very cool. Subsequently, Tyson noticed how Sinatra behaved differently when he got sick, and Tyson saw a side of himself in him. Furthermore, Iron Mike discussed Sinatra’s love life and the importance of having weak moments but overcoming them.

Subsequently, Sinatra is one of the most iconic and influential vocalists in the history of popular music. Hence, his legacy continues to influence and inspire performers in the worlds of music and entertainment.

Mike Tyson’s new boxing gym in Saudi Arabia

The youngest heavyweight champion recently opened a luxury boxing gym in the Saudi city of Riyadh. The facility’s opening ceremony was one day after the highly contested bout between Tyson Fury and Francis Ngannou.

The outcome of the contest was highly controversial because Fury emerged victorious by a split decision over Ngannou. The former UFC heavyweight champion had been trained by Tyson for this bout.

The match was part of a larger plan to make Saudi Arabia a center of excellence for major sporting events. Earlier this year, it was revealed that the world’s first Mike Tyson Boxing Gym would be inaugurated in the capital.

Furthermore, the plan for opening the gym was spearheaded by Riyadh Season’s Chief Executive Officer, Turki Al Alshikh. Furthermore, Al-Alshikh has teamed up with world-renowned boxing coach Joe Gallagher to run the gym.
