Jake Paul’s rise to fame started with him being an influencer and a YouTuber, but he eventually transitioned to celebrity boxing. Though his brother Logan Paul started this trend, Jake has achieved much more success in the sport. As such, Paul has a professional record of 8-1 with five victories via KO. However, Quinton Jackson doesn’t think Paul has the punching power required to KO opponents.

Furthermore, he has even accused him of staging all his knockouts across his professional career. Subsequently, the former UFC light-heavyweight champion went so far as to suggest that Paul may have bribed his opponents to throw the fight. Paul has only suffered a loss to professional boxer Tommy Fury but has secured impressive victories.

In addition, Paul has managed to defeat well-known fighters like Nate Diaz, Ben Askren, Anderson Silva, and Tyron Woodley. During an interview at the Jaxxon Podcast, Jackson confronted Woodley about his fight with Paul and stated:

I’m sorry to have to ask you this, but um, I know you probably signed an NDA, but blink twice if that Jake Paul fight was set up.

Woodley responded to the hilarious prompt by stating that he can’t blink like that with his little eyes. Furthermore, Woodley began to explain that if he were offered something like that, an amount like $2 million would be disrespectful.

However, an amount like $20 million, which can be invested and further used, would be tempting. Subsequently, Woodley mentioned that the people who know him personally know that he would never go for something like that.

Quinton Jackson isn’t surprised by the investigation into Jake Paul’s event

Paul could be in serious trouble after his recent victory over André August, but Jackson predicted this. The former UFC light heavyweight champion spoke about reports that Paul’s recent boxing event was under investigation for possible betting irregularities.

Furthermore, the undercard fight between Yoenis Tellez and Livan Navarro at Paul’s event was recently the subject of a betting investigation due to suspicious bets. Subsequently, this has led an organization called U.S. Integrity to launch a full investigation into the event. While Paul’s fight has not been accused of anything wrong yet, Jackson maintains that Paul fixes his fights.

In several podcasts, Jackson has expressed that, as a professional fighter, he finds all of Paul’s KOs to be staged. Furthermore, after the report of the investigation, Jackson again announced that he wasn’t surprised and had predicted this.
