Undisputed welterweight champion Terence Crawford has to maintain a proper diet to keep his championship status. He recently appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast hosted by UFC Commentator Joe Rogan. The two talked about a variety of topics including each other’s diet. The podcast also revealed the hilarious side of Crawford.

Crawford spoke about how he stopped eating beef as it gives digestion problems. He revealed that he only ate chicken turkey and fish as his source of protein. Rogan replied to that by saying that he eats a lot of meat. Crawford then joked, “You probably got a lot of sh*t in and I bet you that you do.” He also discusses his colon cleansing experience, as well as the benefits of incorporating fiber into his diet.

The two talked about a variety of topics including Crawford’s recent super fight against Errol Spence Jr. Rogan spoke about the two fighters’ ability to make such a big fight. He also praised Crawford’s performance in the fight and felt that “Bud” controlled the entire pace of the fight. He also labelled Crawford as the No.1 pound-for-pound fighter on Earth.

The two athletes discussed the pressures of being a professional athlete in the spotlight, and the importance of staying focused on goals, and shared their experiences and advice on handling public figures. Fans will look forward to seeing this side of Crawford more often.

Crawford fights in a southpaw stance as it allows him to move around freely and control his pace. He primarily fights mostly out of a southpaw stance and will tend to use this against most of the opponents he comes up against. During the podcast with Rogan, Crawford spoke about switching stances.

Rogan asked Crawford about how he decided to change stances. Crawford replied, “I just had a chip on my shoulder and coach said that don’t care about the noise just box. Then I realized he had never fought too many southpaws before and he got hurt by a hook.” Crawford spoke about how he did’nt plan to move too much and he just wanted to stand in front of his opponent and box him.

Crawford’s southpaw stance has been a major factor in his success as a boxer. It has allowed him to dominate many of his opponents and earn a reputation as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world.
