John Fury and Dean Whyte shadow box
John Fury has not gone easy on his son’s opponents leading up to the Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte boxing match. Following the chaos at the press conference, Dillian’s brother, Dean Whyte, and Big John shadowbox in public.
John Fury is ready to fight anyone from Dillian Whyte’s entourage anytime, anyplace, following the altercation during the pre-fight press conference. In the build-up of the Tyson Fury vs Dillian Whyte fight, things got tensed on stage during the press conference as both the teams went at each other. The altercation involved some shoving and pushing along with some insults from Fury Sr towards Dillian’s brother Dean Whyte.
After the chaos at the press conference, both John and Dean came out to the media and said they were ready to fight each other. The brother of Dillian also was shocked that an old man would do something like this. But to everyone’s good news, both the parties settled their beef in public as they cheerfully shadowbox.
During the promotions, John and Dean came face-to-face and were seen shadowboxing each other after vowing to beat each other up. The two had a laugh about the situation and decided to squash their beef. Watch the video below:
Dean comments on John Fury threatening to fight him
After the chaos on stage at the press conference of Fury vs Whyte, Dean spoke to the press and commented on Tyson’s father threatening to beat up Whyte’s team. Dillian also called big John an “idiot” for his behavior. Talking to IFL TV, Dean said, “John wanted to fight me! I don’t know what was going on. He went mad.”
“Everyone was respectful so it didn’t make sense. We were prepared for that [fight] but we want respect. Respect is earned, I give Tyson that when I see him. They’ve both come through adversities,” said Dean in the interview. Tyson also criticized both the teams for not behaving on stage and getting into a scuffle.
Tyson and Dillian fight each other on April 23rd at the historic Wembley Stadium. The arena is reported to be sold out and the fight is very much anticipated.
