Subsequently, he stated that Tyson’s 3-hour boxing session would mainly consist of 10–12 rounds of sparring and about 30 minutes of skipping. Tyson would then engage in an extreme calisthenics regime that included 2000 decline sit-ups, 500 bench dips, and 500 push-ups.

Daru also mentioned that limited and repetitive exercise can lead to muscular imbalance and long-term harm.
