Former 5-division world champion Floyd Mayweather has cemented his name as the richest boxer in the sport. By generating over a billion dollars in revenue and selling millions in PPV buys, Money Mayweather stands true to his moniker. His lavish spending habits and affluent lifestyle are other ways Mayweather attests to his moniker. However, these spending habits were trolled by legendary boxer Manny Pacquiao and his angry translator.

Former President of the USA Barrack Obama had an angry translator Luther and Manny Pacquiao continued this tradition with his translator. While gearing up for his bout with Adrien Broner, Pacquiao had called one of his friends to handle the trash-talking. Manny himself is not quite the trash talker, which is why he had help from his friend Michael Blackson. Michael is a famous Ghanaian actor that has acted in several US-based movies. He also has a huge social media following and occasionally translates what Manny Pacquiao really wants to convey.

When the interviewer from TMZ Sports asked Manny about his thoughts on Adrien Broner, Pacquiao gave a simple answer. However, Michael translated what the boxing legend meant. Okay, but what he really meant to say “We’re gonna f**k him up! Punch him in his eye! Kick him in his n*ts! That short b***h is going down!!,” said Blackson. He also ended up roasting Floyd Mayweather when asked about Floyd’s watch collection.

While Manny stayed humble and replied that he believed in giving back to the community, Michael helped him understand the real meaning. He got a whole f**king country behind him. Mayweather ain’t got sh*t but some f***g watches, a couple of houses and a couple of b***s. He got a whole f***g nation,” said Blackson. The interview resembled the Key and Peele sketch in the true sense and made fans burst into laughter.

Boxing legends Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao created history during their fight in 2015. The bout was billed as the fight of the century and has the PPV buys in boxing’s history. After sharing the ring in 2015, Mayweather and Pacquiao have come together to celebrate the 125th independence day of the Philippines.

The Philippines observes its Independence Day on 12th June and this year they celebrated the 125th Independence Day. Retired boxer and former senator of Philippines, Manny Pacquiao took to Twitter and posted a heartfelt message about the heroes who fought for freedom. “Happy 125th Philippine Independence Day! Let us continue to honor and remember the sacrifices of our heroes who fought for our freedom. We may be facing different challenges today, but let us remain united and resilient as a nation. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!” tweeted Pacquiao.

While Pacquiao shared his message on Twitter, Mayweather wore a Philippine-themed short. During his latest exhibition bout against John Gotti III, Floyd Mayweather wore the colors of the Philippine flag to honor their 125th Independence Day. While the gesture from Mayweather was highly honorable his fight ended in chaos. His opponent John Gotti III’s antics ensued a brawl inside the ring but was also handed a suspension later on.
