Floyd Mayweather believes Donald Trump spoke like a real man and people are afraid of the truth when addressing Trump's leaked audio tape scandal

With hundreds of millions in his bank account and an undefeated record, Floyd Mayweather is arguably the most successful boxer in the history of the sport. Mayweather is also known for his outspoken nature and brash behavior inside and outside the ring. While Mayweather likes to stay out of trouble, he once had former U.S.A President Donald Trump back during an interview. Mayweather justified Trump’s leaked locker room talk audio tape and supported him for being real.
During the 2016 presidential elections, an audio tape of Donald Trump with a Hollywood Access interviewer was leaked. The tape contained Trump making derogatory remarks about a certain woman. The leaked audio tape spread like wildfire, causing a setback for Trump. While Donald Trump won the election, The incident is still considered one of the many big scandals of Donald Trump. However, Floyd Mayweather made sure to sound his support for Donald Trump.
“People don’t like the truth… He speak like a real man spoke. Real men speak like, ‘Man, she had a fat a**. You see her a**? said Mayweather. “So he talking locker room talk. Locker room talk. ‘I’m the man, you know what I’m saying? You know who I am. Yeah, I grabbed her by the p***y,” added the undefeated boxer.
Donald Trump, who is a huge fight fan, has attended a couple of Floyd Mayweather’s boxing bouts as well. While media outlets have implied that Floyd Mayweather considers Trump as his friend, Mayweather has been clear on the matter. Floyd is hesitant to call the former President his friend and tries to stay out of trouble.
Floyd Mayweather shuts down reporter calling Donald Trump his Friend
Floyd Mayweather, on many occasions, has shown his support to the former President of the USA, Donald Trump. Mayweather attended his inauguration when many American citizens were unhappy with Trump’s win. He also defended Donald Trump during his locker room talk scandal. Despite all of this, Floyd Mayweather was hesitant to call Trump one of his friends.
During an interview with TMZ Sports, the reporter implicated that Floyd Mayweather was friends with then President of the U.S.A Donald Trump. Floyd stopped the reporter right away and corrected him by saying friendship is a strong word. He then introduced two individuals named James McNair and Ricky Brazil. He referred to them as his actual friends and not Trump. Mayweather was also questioned about his association with Trump, to which the undefeated boxer had a diplomatic answer.
” I know a lot of people, I knew Barrack Obama, I know Donald Trump,” said Floyd Mayweather. Mayweather was also asked about his stance on some of Trump’s decisions. However, Floyd did not want any trouble and said he does not have any opinion on it.
