WATCH! Tyson Fury, Oleksandr Usyk friendly confrontation as the latter does photobomb for fun
Oleksandr Usyk- Tyson Fury
WBC and The Ring heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is just a fight away from becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, only and only if and after he defeats Dillian Whyte in his first title defence. After defeating Deontay Wilder in a trilogy that favoured him 2-0-1 at the end of a historically massive rivalry, Fury was about to proceed to prepare for his next fight against reigning WBA, WBO, IBF, and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk.
But fate had other things on the plate as Fury is now advised by WBC to fight and defend his belt against the interim-WBC heavyweight champion Dillian Whyte whereas Usyk is now going to face Anthony Joshua in a rematch clause from whom he earlier won the boxing titles. The fight can now happen only when both the fighters get past their now scheduled opponents.
Oleksandr Usyk photobombs Tyson Fury Vasiliy Lomachenko’s fight
In a rather friendly moment at the venue of the night where Ukrainian boxing megastar, Vasiliy Lomachenko fought and defeated Richard Commey, Fury, his American promoter the great Bob Arum and another Ukrainian Usyk shared a rather light-hearted moment.
Captured in a video, Fury and Arum were clicking photos together when suddenly Usyk started flexing from behind and sneaked away to the backseat. Later, Fury confronted and greeted Usyk with all due respect and the two had a brief conversation with each other.
Watch this tweet below from Arum’s promoting company Top Rank Boxing that captioned the video “What a photobomb [laughing emoji] @Tyson_Fury & @Usykaa shared a moment last night after his surprise performance.”
What do you think of this friendly incident between boxing’s only heavyweight champions? Do you see Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk happening anytime soon? Who do you get it winning if it happens? Who do you see winning in Fury vs Dillian Whyte and Usyk vs Anthony Joshua rematch?
