Tyson Fury uses Will Smith - Chris Rock drama to troll Dillian Whyte
No one enjoys controversy and drama quite like the Gypsy King. Tyson Fury sees the Oscars 2022 drama as the perfect opportunity to taunt his rival Dillian Whyte ahead of their much-anticipated clash.
Yesterday the whole world was put to shock when legendary actor Will Smith rushed to the stage and slapped comedian Chris Rock for a joke on Jada Pinkett Smith. Chris Rock, while hosting the 94th Academy Awards thought it would be a good idea to make fun of Jada Smith’s look and linked her to the appearance of G.I. Jane.
Will Smith, who initially thought it was funny soon changed his mind and rushed to the stage to smack Chris Rock. This moment put the shock in everybody watching the event and the moment Smith slapped Rock is now the most popular meme template in the world. The heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury is not one to shy away from internet trolling and he used this moment to taunt his opponent Dillian Whyte.
Tyson was quick to post an edited version of the infamous picture of Will slapping Chris replaced with the faces of Whyte and himself. When is Tyson Fury fighting Dillian Whyte?
The Gypsy King will be taking on mandatory challenger Dillian Whyte on the 23rd of April in 2022. Tyson Fury will headline the Wembley Arena in London. The WBC and The Ring heavyweight titles will be on the line for this anticipated bout. Fury has already gone after Whyte on his social media on numerous occasions and is confident about beating the fighter.
Tyson has a 5-inch reach advantage over Whyte, who is from Brixton, London. Fury is coming off a fantastic trilogy win against the dangerous Deontay Wilder. However, Fury was initially interested in fighting Whyte. The heavyweight boxer had his eyes set on the winner of the Anthony Joshua vs Oleksandr Usyk rematch.
