Watch: Mike Tyson jokingly throws hands with former Seattle Seahawks WR Brandon Marshall
Mike Tyson and Brandon Marshall
Mike Tyson recently teamed up with the private financial advisory and investment company, MoneyLion for a project. The project was dedicated to giving away $100k during the huge Super Bowl game this Sunday. Mike Tyson was part of a live stream along with Brendon Schaub and Daniel Cormier. In the live stream, the group talked about a lot of different things and it was very entertaining for the fans.
Schaub is a former mixed martial artist and stand-up comedian. Currently the 38-year-old American, hosts podcasts on his YouTube channel, Thiccc Boy. In his channel, Schaub talks about UFC bouts, boxing match-ups, and many things related to combat sports. Tyson’s second partner, Cormier is a UFC legend, former double champion, and a loving personality.
Speaking of the Super Bowl, Brandon Marshall was also present there along with Tyson and DC during the live stream. Marshall is a former American football wide receiver and played 13 seasons in the National Football League. After retiring from the sport in 2020, Marshall joined the Fox Sports talk show, First Things First. Currently, the former footballer co-hosts his show, I am Athlete, where talks with other sportspersons.
Mike Tyson showboating his boxing skills against Brandon Marshall
During the live stream, it was all fun and games when Tyson decided to go for a little shadow boxing warm-up. While ‘Iron Mike’ was having fun, Marshall came in to join him but didn’t expect what he was putting himself into.
Tyson instantly got into the mood and started showing some real moves out there against Marshall. For a second, Marshall got all worked up as seeing ‘The Baddest man on the planet’ coming at you is not a sight to celebrate. Although it was all meant for fun, Mike looked extremely smooth and was lethal while throwing those punches.
Even if he is 55 years now, the killer persona around Tyson is still there and he is still the beast he was back in the 80s and 90s. In 2020, Tyson did come back in order to be a part of an exhibition bout against Roy Jones Jr but then decided to not do it again.
In the Full Send Podcast with the NELKBOYS and Dana White, Tyson revealed his idea behind the exhibition bouts. The former heavyweight champ explained that too much involvement of money took his interest out of the exhibition bouts.
