Floyd Mayweather gets a birthday wish from WBC President
The WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman had to make a special wish to arguably the greatest boxer of all-time Floyd Mayweather on his 45th birthday.
Floyd Mayweather, the legendary boxer turned 45 on August 24th. The boxer is arguably one of the best to ever do it and is undoubtedly the biggest selling fighter in the history of fighting. “Money Mayweather” won the WBC championship in 5 divisions and has a special place in Mr. Sulaiman, the WBC president’s heart.
“The boxing family celebrates the birthday of @FloydMayweather, one of the most outstanding fighters in history. Floyd built an impressive record of 50-0 & won @WBCBoxing championships in 5 divisions: Super featherweight Lightweight Superlightweight Welter Superwelterweight,” wrote Mauricio on his Twitter account.
Mauricio has always been a supporter of Floyd and has also wished the boxer success in his ventures post-retirement. Sulaiman spoke out in support of the Mayweather vs Paul exhibition fight. “This is going to be something good for boxing. This going to bring millions of eyes to our sport,” said Sulaiman when Floyd fought Logan Paul, the YouTuber.

Stephen Espinoza, the president of Showtime Sports has seen the biggest of success coming through the PPV star Mayweather. Stephen and Mayweather broke the records for their cross-promotional event with the UFC when the legendary boxer took on Conor McGregor in a historic boxing match.
“Happy birthday to TBE @FloydMayweather. He wears every single chain, even when… actually no, that isn’t close to every single chain he owns. #SuperBowlLVI#TBE,” wrote Espinoza on Twitter posting a picture of him and Floyd at the SuperBowl.
