Adrien Broner and Floyd Mayweather once used to be very good friends but later fell out for various reasons. Both are well-established boxers and have achieved a lot in their respective careers.
It’s been years since both fighters had a beef with each other, and nobody knows if they’ll ever get back on better terms. However, Broner surely isn’t happy with Mayweather at all. In an interview with CigarTalk, Broner mentioned that he and Floyd should make an exhibition bout which both will make a lot of money. But according to Broner, ‘Money’ has never done that because he doesn’t want to see Broner make that much money.
He said: “If I was Floyd and he was me he would never had to fight against me because that exhibition sh*t as me being his little brother. We gonna do ten rounds and we both gonna get $100 million plus for it, and we never gotta box again. That would have been done, but I don’t know if you wanna see me if with that type of money because why hasn’t it happened yet.” According to the legendary boxer, fans will be ready to pay to watch him and Floyd Mayweather go against each other inside the ring, and it will be a pay-per-view hit.
How did Floyd Mayweather and Adrien Broner become foes?
For a long time, Floyd Mayweather and Adrien Broner‘s friendship has been on and off. Broner was frequently seen as Mayweather’s heir apparent and disciple. Broner has released videos of himself hanging out with Mayweather throughout the years.
Similarly, there have been several occasions when they beefed with each other. Talking about their fallout, Broner said, “Floyd talking about me again, not once. But this has happened on multiple occasions. This goes back to what I said, real ni**as don’t do this type of sh*t bro.”
This was after Broner’s video of throwing change at Walmart went viral and Floyd commented in a negative manner on the same. However, in the last few years, Broner has repeatedly tried to fix his friendship with Mayweather. However, the undefeated boxer has never participated in any banter.
