Brad Keselowski admits everyone in the NASCAR garage is part of the anti-trust lawsuit “whether you want to be or not”
RFK Racing co-owner Brad Keselowski has made some bold statements on the anti-trust lawsuit from FRM and 23XI against NASCAR.

The charter wars were taken to uncharted territories, when 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports refused to sign the take it or leave it 2025 to 2031 deal offered by NASCAR. Now the saga has taken another ugly turn as the two team have announced that they have sued the series and its owners for monopolistic practices.
RFK Racing’s owner driver Brad Keselowski has a bold take on the whole situation. He asserted that everyone in the Cup garage is one way or another part of the legal drama now, if they wanted it or not. He is waiting to see where the legal process is going like everyone on the garage as well as the racing fans.

While further talking about the point, the 2012 Cup champion admitted that the fight over the biggest pieces of the revenue won’t be ending anytime soon in NASCAR. So he isn’t much concerned about the things he can’t control and is focussed on what he can do to make the sport better for all the stakeholders.

In the latter half of his media interaction, Keselowski made a call for piece in the sport. He wants the entire industry to be focused on growing the sport and give everyone involved a fair compensation for their investments.
The piece sentiment is something many in the NASCAR community aggress with as. They don’t want such ugly things that will damage the sport and wants NASCAR to end the saga with teams as soon possible.
