Despite not being on screen in WWE anymore, Brandi Rhodes still keeps up with the product and offers her thoughts on the events of the show. She mostly comments on storylines related to her husband, Cody Rhodes. The 41-year-old once again had something to say following her husband’s segment on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw.

This episode of the brand featured Sami Zayn going one-on-one against Drew McIntyre. The latter placed his feet on the ropes to gain extra leverage and hold his opponent down for the three-count. After the match, he kept attacking his rival before Rhodes came out to make the save.

Rhodes held McIntyre off and started beating him down. Zayn gained consciousness and went to attack the former WWE Champion. He went for a Helluva Kick. However, he completely missed his target, and the kick ended up connecting with the American Nightmare. Brandi Rhodes expressed her thoughts about this mistake on her X account shortly after.

In fact, something very similar happened last week on Raw as well. Seth Rollins faced McIntyre in the main event of the show. Although the Visionary won the bout, he got attacked by the Scottish wrestler post-match. Zayn came out to make the save and went for a Helluva Kick on the Chosen One. However, the latter dodged, and the Architect ended up taking a boot to the face instead.

Bully Ray believes Cody Rhodes should not lose his title against Kevin Owens at Royal Rumble

With the contract signing having taken place at Saturday Night’s Main Event, Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens are set to clash for the WWE Undisputed Championship at the Royal Rumble in a ladder match. With the match just a week away, many in the wrestling world have started to give their predictions.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray said that he was against any scenario that saw Rhodes lose his title at the upcoming PLE. He said that many superstars, such as Roman Reigns, John Cena, and CM Punk, have interesting stories heading into the Rumble match. He also gave an alternate scenario where the American Nightmare loses his title earlier in the night, enters the Rumble, and wins the match.

I don’t think taking the title off of Cody at this very moment is a good idea…If Cody loses to Kevin early in the night, and then enters in the Rumble and Cody wins, people will turn on Cody.

However, he believed that this would cause fans to turn on the 39-year-old. Furthermore, he did admit that considering that it is a ladder match, there is a higher chance of Cody Rhodes losing his title, as he does not have to be pinned to do so.
