Many people were surprised that Braun Strowman was able to walk on his own after what happened to him last week. Bronson Reed showed how to take down the Monster Among Men when he hit a Tsunami on a car during a parking lot brawl. However, an unexpected twist saw the Aussie star sidelined due to COVID, with Strowman taking his place in the triple threat match.

On the latest episode of Raw, GM Adam Pearce was in distress after Reed was pulled from the Intercontinental title tournament against Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser. Desperate to find a replacement, Braun Strowman stepped up despite the pain in his ribs. Not only did he compete with broken ribs, but The Black Sheep also managed to win the match.

During the match, The Celtic Warrior endured the most punishment, as Pete Dunne interfered and struck him with a Shillelagh. Looking to capitalize on a battered veteran, Kaiser decided to execute his infamous move by placing him on the steel steps. However, before the German star could carry out the move, Strowman pulled off his signature move, throwing a chair at him out of nowhere.

Finally, the former Universal Champion pinned Kaiser after delivering a Running Powerslam to secure the victory. It will be interesting to see Reed’s reaction when he finds out that his rival won the match he was supposed to be in. The 35-year-old star had already expressed his disappointment on social media over the fact that Strowman was in the match instead of him.

Bronson Reed considered Bron Breakker lucky that he wasn’t in the tournament

Bronson Reed has been on a rampage since SummerSlam. He has destroyed top stars like Seth Rollins, R-Truth, The Miz, and Braun Strowman with a barrage of Tsunamis. The 35-year-old star was planning to do the same to qualify for the No. 1 Contender Fatal 4-Way match for the I.C. Title. However, after being pulled from the match, he sent a message to the champ on social media.

Reed took to X and shared a picture of himself wearing a mask. The Top Dog claimed that his absence from the tournament was a blessing for the I.C. Champion. The two wrestlers have never faced each other in the ring, a matchup that fans would surely love to see. Additionally, the Aus-Zilla has yet to win a major singles title since arriving on the main roster.

Man, bronbreakkerwwe should be counting his lucky stars that I'm not in this tournament.

Although he came close to winning the championship at the King and Queen of the Ring PLE, Reed wrestled then-I.C. Champion Zayn and Chad Gable in a triple threat match but was unable to secure the win. Despite being a destructive heel, fans hope for his return soon and stronger without losing his momentum.
