The former Universal Champion sent a wholesome message on social media to the late Bray Wyatt one year after his passing.

Braun Strowman shared a close relationship with the late Bray Wyatt, who passed away exactly one year ago today (August 24). The Monster Among Men has often called him his mentor in various interviews. He shared a heartfelt message on social media commemorating the former WWE Champion one year after his passing.
The 40-year-old veteran took to Instagram and shared a compilation of the best moments between them. Not only did he include moments with Bray Wyatt, but he also shared many personal moments of the Wyatt Family with the late Luke Harper and Erick Rowan. Many fans even got teary-eyed after seeing the heartfelt video he shared. Braun Strowman admitted that there hasn’t been a day without him missing him.
Strowman made his main roster debut in 2015, assisting the Wyatt Family members against The Shield duo, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. Exactly five years later, The Monster Among Men feuded with Wyatt in his Fiend character for the Universal Title. On August 23rd, 2020, The Fiend defeated him and won the Universal Title.

Talking about his WWE run, since his return in May, Strowman has been caught up in a feud with Judgment Day. However, during a match against former World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest, he sustained a knee injury and only just returned on the latest episode of Raw. After a heated confrontation with Bronson Reed, both stars are set to wrestle on the upcoming episode of the red brand.
Braun Strowman extends his condolences to the former WWE superstar Enzo Amore
Recently, former WWE superstar Enzo Amore‘s dog, Kilo, passed away. He shared a post on Instagram with multiple pictures of them together, expressing how much he missed him. Braun Strowman extended his condolences to him on social media.
Along with the former Wyatt Family member, many superstars and wrestling personalities sent heartfelt messages under Enzo’s post. Mick Foley‘s daughter, Noelle Foley, expressed shock and sadness and offered her condolences. Former WWE stars Matt Cardona, formerly known as Zack Ryder, and Tyson Kidd also offered kind words to help lighten his burden.
Both Strowman and Enzo have wrestled against each other before, with the former destroying the latter. The 37-year-old star left WWE in 2018 and has since worked for independent promotions like New Japan Pro Wrestling and Major League Wrestling. Although he left the Stamford-based company six years ago, the memories he made with his friends will last forever.
