Tariq Lamptey (6.6/10) – A little reckless on occasion but didn’t do much wrong. Pressed with good energy.

Solly March (7.5/10) – Ran the show. Another dazzling performance from the winger, who was far too speedy for Young.

Leandro Trossard (7.4/10) – Did some top work quietly. Did 52 touches was brilliant in passing with 91% accuracy. Did couple of key passes.

Alexis Mac Allister (7.5/10) – Another great time on pitch for him. Was involved in every sector of game. Was outstanding with long ball did brilliant defence and coordination with forward was also awsome.

Neal Maupay (6.5/10) – Contributed to Brighton’s high press but his limitations in front of goal were obvious.

Danny Welbeck (7.1/10) – Wasn’t upto his expectations but did made couple of good runs.

Tim Krul (GK) (7.3/10) – Did well to keep clean sheet. Did four saves with ome inside the box. One high claims and one punches.

Dimitris Giannoulis (7.2/10) – Made to work very, very hard. Some solid defending for City.

Grant Hanley (C) (7.9/10) – Classy as ever. Kept Brighton’s wingers incredibly quiet.

Ben Gibson (7.2/10) – Under a lot of pressure but dealt with most of it quiet well. A little weak in the air.

Sam Byram (7/10) – Very decent. Not the greatest in attack but had a few nice moments.

Billy Gilmour (6.8/10) – Led by example with real energy and some crunching tackles.

Mathias Normann (6.7/10) – Some really classy moments on the ball. Was impressive with passes and touches also.

Pierre Lees-Melou (6.3/10) – Played with real energy but without much finesse.

Kenny McLean (6.9/10) – Dominated the midfield battle. Passing wasn’t good but did couple of long ball and passes.

Teemu Pukki (6.9/10) – Had some nice moments with the ball but guilty of a few sloppy passes.

Milot Rashica (6.1/10) – Put himself about but couldn’t get control of the game at all. Spent a lot of time on the floor.
