This week’s Raw featured a stellar main event for the Intercontinental Championship. Sami Zayn squared off with Bron Breakker for his last chance at the coveted championship in a 2 out of 3 Falls match. However, after securing two victories, the Dawg of WWE asserted his dominance and defeated the former champion.

Following Raw, the Intercontinental Champion had an interview with Jackie Redmond. He made some bold statements by saying that it was his time now, and he has proved to be the top star in WWE. He, in fact, went on to call out the Raw locker room if they want to get a title shot down the line.

This is my Intercontinental Championship. It will stay here as long as I have a say so. I proved that I'm the next guy up, that I'm not dude, I'm a Dawg, it's my time. The badass era is here now. And to all comers and to all superstars that want a piece of me, want a piece of this championship!!
