The boxers risk their lives every time they step inside the squared ring. Sometimes, things take a wild turn, and something similar happened to Tramaine Williams at the Team Combat League event. 

Tramaine Williams, a junior featherweight boxer from New Haven, Connecticut, appeared to have a seizure during his boxing match against Ryan Allen in an awful turn of events. The crowd was taken aback by this unanticipated medical emergency and expressed worries regarding the athletes’ safety procedures.

During the bout, Allen hit Williams with a straight right, but Williams easily dodged the blow. What shocked everyone, though, was Wiliams’ slow response. It appeared that Williams was experiencing a seizure where he was stuck in a position for a few seconds without any movement. After the American’s body plunged face-first into the canvas, the referee stopped the fight immediately.

The bout took place in the Thunder Studio on June 20, 2024, as part of the NYC Attitude vs. Las Vegas Hustle showcase. Williams was a part of the NYC Attitude team that won the competition. However, nobody had expected such a mishap to take place. The incident has remained a talking point in social media circles.

Fight fans react to Tramaine Williams’s horrific seizure attack 

Tramaine Williams was 20-2 going into the fight and had plans to bounce back from his previous loss. However, the fighter had to visit the hospital after the unfortunate seizure. The fighter is now discharged from the hospital and has revealed that dehydration was the cause of his accident.
