Two-time major champion Bryson DeChambeau was once again spotted alongside President-elect Donald Trump. DeChambeau, who is an avid supporter of Trump, was seen beside him as they watched the launch of Elon Musk‘s SpaceX rocket.
The LIV Golfer was among several others who attended this launch. “The Scientist” seemed to be awestruck by the launch with his mouth hanging open as the spaceship took off.
The 2024 U.S. Open champion would later take to his social media accounts to share about this development. In the caption, the 31-year-old claimed that he had never been so inspired by something like that.
I’ve never been so inspired #spacex

With his appearance here, some fans seemed dejected as they thought there would be no “Day 9” of his challenge. For the unversed, the golfer is hoping to hit a hole-in-one at his mansion.
In this challenge, he is attempting to hit the ball from the front over his glass-walled mansion to a hole in the backyard. The Crushers GC captain would assure the fans that there would be a Day 9. He once again ended up short in this challenge.
Earlier this year, DeChambeau invited Trump to take part in his “Break 50” challenge. Meanwhile, during his victory speech, Trump thanked the golfer for his support and invited him on stage.

Fans unimpressed by Bryson DeChambeau’s appearance at SpaceX launch
This year Elon Musk has emerged as one of the top aides of Donald Trump. The owner of X was several times seen supporting the 45th US President during the Presidential elections.

So Trump showing up at one of his rocket launches was understandable to many. However, Bryson DeChambeau‘s appearance at this event has ignited some fierce reactions on X.
While some of them supported him for getting inspired by this, there were many who slammed and trolled him on X. Some social media users even left NSFW comments while attacking him for attending this launch.

Barstool put out an article about the imminent downfall of Bryson and the hype. It’s definitely true. He’s now become a character of himself with that fake jaw drop at the end and his team of people filming him. He’s nearing the line of annoying YouTuber very quickly.

Maybe Elon can help him make that hole in one over his house.

Speaking about his 2024 golfing season, he had a mixed year. In 14 LIV Golf events, he finished in the top 10 seven times. In the LIV Golf Team Championship, he and his team were unable to defend their crown and lost in the semi-finals.
His performances in the major championship were impressive though. Despite missing the cut at the Open Championship, he finished T6 at the Masters and 2nd at the PGA Championship before winning the U.S. Open. This win made him just the second active LIV Golfer to claim a victory in the majors.
