Bryson DeChambeau and other LIV Golf stars recently received huge update regarding contract renewals
In the press conference of the 125th U.S. Open, Bryson DeChambeau opened up about his contract situation. The 2-time major champion admitted that he is looking to negotiate his deal at the end of this year. Recently, he and his fellow LIV Golf stars received a huge update regarding their contract renewals.

While DeChambeau’s deal with the league expires next year, there are some whose contracts expire this year. Former World No.1 Dustin Johnson is one of them.
According to Golf Insider Eamon Lynch, there will be no huge payments on contract renewals. Players joined the LIV Golf league on some huge deals. As per reports, DeChambeau received around $100 million to join the league.
As per Lynch, the players have been informed by the league that there will be no “large up front payments” that were given during the initial signing. So the golfers will not get a massive cheque even if they agree to renew their contract.
