The NASCAR community was in shock when it was announced that Michael Jordan’s 23XI Racing and Bob Jenkins, the two teams who refused to sign the 2025-2031 charter agreement, has sued the series owners and its CEO. The federal ant-trust lawsuit alleges NASCAR of using monopolistic practices to force teams into signing deals that doesn’t suit them.

The community is split over which side to take, and many are taking a neutral stand on the while drama. But there are also drivers who are team owners, who sees a lot of positive coming to the sport with the legal action. The drivers that are going to get affected the most because of the saga, Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick, has also given their opinion on the matter.

Me being an advocate for change and standing up for change, that’s what I look. It’s a crazy time to be in NASCAR, but I stand behind my team 100 percent, and we’ll see where it takes us.

The co-owner of RFK Racing Brad Keselowski had also given his verdict on the incident and sees it as the biggest story in the sport at the moment. He branded it as yet another soap opera in the sport that everyone is eager to see the climax of.

It’s obviously the biggest story in the sport. It’s another edition of the ‘As The World Turns: NASCAR’ soap opera. We’ll all find out together (how it turns out).

Brad Keselowski said.

The owner/driver previously has stated that regardless of the stances, every team in the NASCAR garage is part of the lawsuit as it going to affect everyone the same way. Everyone in the garage is hoping for a positive change to come out from the legal action.
