Arsenal fans have been left worried over star forward Bukayo Saka’s fitness, after the forward suffered an injury to his right leg. Saka suffered it while playing for England, during their 2-1 defeat to Greece in the UEFA Nations League.
Bukayo Saka was seen limping off the ground in the 51st minute of the match, before being replaced by Chelsea star Noni Madueke. The 23-year-old forward, who has been Arsenal’s most important player of the past few seasons, was a sight of worry. He was seen stretching and clutching the back of his right leg in pain, before he sat on the ground in the beginning of the second half of the match. England manager Lee Carsley later confirmed that the team doctors are assessing the forward.
Arsenal are still waiting to discover the extent of Saka’s injury, as he is set to miss out on England’s next outing against Finland. It will be a major setback for the Three Lions, who already miss out on the services of Harry Kane and Jack Grealish. The Arsenal star, who was most recently handed the captain’s armband for the club, replacing injured skipper Martin Odegaard, could be sidelined for a few matches. It also increases Mikel Arteta’s selection dilemma, with a number of players injured.

The Gunners will be hoping for Saka to return to full fitness, ahead of their next match against Bournemouth in the EPL. The English winger has led the side from the front, having scored three goals and provided seven assists in 10 matches this season.

Honestly I don’t know what’s wrong with this Saka boy, must he play for every game…..

Didn't bother to watch the game. I turned on literally right when this injury happened. Then immediately turned off. Same old story every time. Arsenal players always injured in these stupid internationals.

Meanwhile, Saka had a decent outing against Greece. He recorded 34 touches, 95 percent passing accuracy, and provided three crosses.
