As gaming technology keeps developing, the series has also seen an uptick in how accurately it can recreate players in the game. With the newest edition known as 2k25 set to release, fans have started to get early access to how some players are modeled. They were most excited to see how rookies Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese looked.

The two are being featured for the first time in their careers. The two are the most popular faces in the WNBA and naturally, fans expected 2K to bring out the most accurate model of the two. The game will be released on September 5th. The company released the first pictures of their rendition of the two rookies. Fans were going berserk with the accuracy, or the lack of it in some cases, the company has managed to bring.

This is not the first pre-release reveal of any 2K25 content. However, none of the previous official reveals has generated this much buzz. That said, the 3D models left fans bemused. On one hand, the recreation of Angel Reese was spot on. While on the other hand, Caitlin Clark‘s recreation looked a bit off. Fans either complained or praised the efforts the developers put in.
