In Short
  • Caitlin Clark attended Prada’s Fall 2026 show at Milan Fashion Week, showcasing her fashion sense.
  • She befriended Olympic gold medalist Eileen Gu, with the two seen chatting and taking selfies together.
  • Both athletes are among the top-earning women in sports, gaining significant recognition and popularity.

If the Winter Olympics taught anything, it is that women’s sports are taking the lead when it comes to success. With the likes of Caitlin Clark, they are also getting the off-court recognition they have longed to have.

The Indiana Fever superstar has seemingly become the face of women’s sports. Even though there are numerous other standout female athletes, fans have gravitated towards the point guard more than anyone else.

Even though some in the WNBA do not believe that the hype is deserved, top brands from across the world certainly believe in the 24-year-old’s ability to draw fans.

For instance, luxury brand Prada signed her up before she officially signed to play in the WNBA. They have ensured that their designers are on hand to give her stylist whatever she needs to slay tunnel walks or any event she appears in.

No wonder Clark was one of the invitees for Prada’s Fall 2026 show at the Milan Fashion Week. Video clips of her arriving wearing a striped and collared crop top, along with a pair of belted khaki pants, and an oversized long gray jacket over her shoulders.

This was in line with how the Iowa native has preferred to dress in public. Unlike the long Prada dress she wore at the Time Athlete of the Year interview, this outfit was the basketball superstar slaying the business-casual look.

After arriving in style and posing for photographs, it was time for Caitlin Clark to appear at the Prada show, where the world’s leading designers bring out their best creations.

A video clip appeared showing the two-time All-Star sitting beside Milan Cortina gold medalist Eileen Gu. The latter has been in the news ever since American politicians and fans took offense at her representing China.

Gu has grown up in America and trained through the country’s system. That is what led her to face a barrage of criticism when she chose to rejoice wearing the Chinese flag draped around her shoulders after winning the halfpipe event.

However, this was an endorsement event, and Caitlin Clark did not seem to be bothered by what her fellow citizens were saying about the freestyle skier.

They were seen chatting while sitting in the front row. Soon after, Eileen Gu posted a selfie of herself and the WNBA superstar on her Instagram page.

Clark has been making quite a few friends from different forms of sport, and likely made another friend as she reposted the 22-year-old’s selfie on her page.

Their fame is such that they get talked about at every opportunity. That should explain why TikTok’s second most-followed person had this reaction.

I’m sitting next to, oh my gosh! Eileen Gu, Caitlin Clark… I feel great, there’s a lot going on.

Charli D’Amelio said

Coming from someone who has 156 million followers on TikTok, this sums up the fame both Clark and Gu have. Charli D’Amelio was literally fangirling while speaking live to her audience at the Milan Fashion Week.

Her video also shows Clark greeting D’Amelio when she was about to take her seat, confirming the fact that the basketball superstar does not have the air of other sporting superstars.

The latter’s down-to-earth approach, as well as her on-court swagger, has her now joining perennial rival Angel Reese in the world of fashion.
