Caitlin Clark‘s inclusion in the Taylor Swift fandom is no new occurrence and it shows. The WNBA star player recently appeared on the New Heights podcast hosted by Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce and brother Jason Kelce. Clark gushed about her experience going into the Eras Tour and how she included her mom in the clan.

On the latest episode of one of the top athlete-led podcasts, Caitlin Clark was a welcomed guest, having known the Kelce brothers personally. Jason was the one to ask her about the tour she attended with Travis Kelce in Indianapolis.

For an ‘electric’ concert as such, she was not on her own, to say the least. The Indiana Fever star revealed that her mom was the one to have asked her which was Clark’s own doing converting her into a Swiftie. She hilariously admitted her mom’s relatable FOMO looking at everybody attending the singer’s concerts.

My mom was begging me to take her. She’s like, ‘I got to go. Everybody’s talking about it.’ I’m like, ‘Okay, okay.’

Later in the conversation, Caitlin Clark revealed the aforementioned show was her second consecutive night at the tour. However, that wasn’t enough so she hilariously charged herself guilty as sin to have visited her balcony to try and hear the concert for the 3rd day. Living every Swiftie’s dream, Clark shared she lived near the Lucas Oil Stadium, where Swift performed. Kelce joined in with an agreement to the electricity for the concerts.

Caitlin Clark has always been a swiftie dating back to her school days. One of her first Eras Tour concerts was also with her Hawkeyes teammates when it had just begun. The Rookie of the Year has also previously received tickets to the concerts from Kelce herself.

Caitlin Clark has a ‘sad’ favorite Taylor Swift song

Caitlin Clark’s fever for Taylor Swift is no hidden news for anybody who follows her. Back in April, the Fever star attended the pre-draft show where she talked to ESPN about being a Swiftie. At the event, she was enquired about that one Taylor Swift song she would choose to celebrate her anticipated selection in the 2024 WNBA Draft.

Caitlin Clark chose one from the OG albums of the singer, promising she would make the ‘sad’ song fun. Not a surprising choice though, Enchanted was one of the greatest hits of all time for Clark. The star player went on to become the Indian Fever’s first pick.

Enchanted is like my favorite song of all time, but it’s kinda sad but I’m still playing it anyway.

Ever since then, the rookie continued to grow to have an incredible season. In only her first year, she led the team back to the playoffs after a seven-year absence. Besides winning Rookie of the Year, she finished fourth in MVP voting.
