As much as Caitlin Clark loves basketball, she is also a massive football fan and has diligently followed the sport since she was a child growing up in Des Moines, Iowa.
Her knowledge of the game is exemplary, and might even surpass some established stars of the game, as was evident when she was speaking with Travis and Jason Kelce.
She has one favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs, and dispelled all rumors of her being a bandwagon fan when she revealed how her entire family has been part of the Chiefs kingdom for decades. Clark displayed her allegiance to the franchise when she declined to wear the custom jersey the Indianapolis Colts gifted her when she and her fellow Indiana Fever teammates arrived at Lucas Oil Stadium last week.
She has cheered on the Colts, as they are part of her adopted state of Indiana. Even then, she is a die-hard Chiefs fan, and she took the opportunity to travel to Arrowhead Stadium to watch them play the Detroit Lions.
Naturally, when the most popular women’s professional athlete agreed to cheer on her team, she would not do so without meeting her favorite musical artist, Taylor Swift.
Video clips from the game captured the Grammy Award-winning artist walking into her fiance’s VIP suite and greeting Travis Kelce’s father, before meeting Clark.

The WNBA star had a wide smile on her face as she got to meet Swift a few days after listening to her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl, which had just been released. Their appearance was helpful for the Chiefs, as they won the game 30-17.
Caitlin Clark’s teammate reveals the point guard’s DJing skills
Entering her second offseason, Caitlin Clark will focus on rest and work her way to getting better after struggling with soft-tissue injuries throughout the season.
When not playing, the 23-year-old was the Indiana Fever’s biggest cheerleader, helping replacement players get comfortable with the team. One of those players, Aerial Powers, released her latest vlog, in which she revealed one of Clark’s unknown skills.
What y’all don’t know is, DJ CC!!! You love getting the AUX. I’m not gonna lie, she does a really good job.
Aerial Powers said on her vlog
This means the Iowa alum is not one of those players who struggle with playing music that everyone likes. Most of the time, it is one type of music or the other, which leaves teammates jostling for the aux cable.

It seems Caitlin Clark was aware of what her teammates liked, and accordingly picked out songs that would lift everyone’s mood. The point guard parted with Powers, knowing the forward would not return to the team next season.
Caitlin Clark will not play in Unrivaled for second straight season
For the second straight season, the upstart Unrivaled League hoped Caitlin Clark would join them. Last season, they offered a mega deal including equity and revenue share, but she declined, focusing on rest ahead of her second WNBA season.

This time, the league is aware of her injuries, but still tried to get their hands on the Fever superstar. However, as per Annie Costabile of Front Office Sports, they have failed to sign her.
Sources with knowledge about the situation confirmed to the journalist that Clark has declined to participate. She is probably going to focus on her recovery from the groin injury that ended her season.
This means the Nike signature athlete will probably focus on her passion for the sport of golf, Chiefs football games, and other activities as she trains ahead of next season.
