Six months since its release, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II & Warzone II has all the hype it deserves. With constant updates, the game is ever-expanding and a delight to play. With over 150,000 live players every day, the game has considerable active players count per month. The game needs constant improvement to keep such a high player count. And this is where Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 triumphs its player base.

The third season has begun, and this time around, anything may happen in the game. This update brings with it a plethora of exciting new content, including, but not limited to, new multiplayer maps, the introduction of Massive Resurgence, the introduction of Gunfight, and the return of two legendary adversaries. Global Update:

General Updated (Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2):

  • A preview of Tracer has been added to Bundles.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a bug that caused the wording for the reactive weapon option to show on weapons that do not have the reactive property.
  • The team fixed a bug in the Attachment tuning system that was resetting the tuning whenever a user adjusted just one axis of the attachment and saved the weapon as a Custom Blueprint in Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2.
  • The development team fixed an issue in Gunsmith where all weapons would display a progress bar completely filled up to the top on the first level of the Receiver tab.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the “What’s Hot” menu category in Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2 from working properly for certain Xbox players.
  • Moreover, Corrected an issue in which the Prestige symbols in the multiplayer scoreboard were being displayed in an improper manner.
  • Atomgrad Raid Episode 1: Fixed a bug that prevented players from switching oxygen masks with colleagues while they were underwater.

Recently Updated:

  • The development team fixed two issues in the game. The first issue prevented some players from accessing the scoreboard during multiplayer matches of Modern Warfare 2 & Warzone 2, while the second issue caused some players’ screens to flicker.

Warzone 2.0 Update

Bug fixes

Battle Royale:

  • The development team fixed a bug in Massive Resurgence of Warzone 2 where the squad placement screen would not play when viewing the Killcam after a squad had been completely wiped out.

Plunder:

  • The development team fixed several previously reported bugs in the Plunder game.
  • The development team fixed a problem in the Plunder game where nameplates were appearing for certain players.

DMZ:

  • The development team fixed a bug where a player’s free contraband weapons would occasionally fail to equip.
  • The development team fixed an issue where the Revive Pistol would persist as a Field Upgrade between certain matches, even if a player did not successfully exfiltrate the map.

All these updates and bug fixes have helped the player better enjoy the game. These updates have also boosted the player base and player count further.
